Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports is an ideal game for those familiar with the Looney Tunes series. The game's simple controls and spontaneous designs make it suitable for kids and other casual players seeking a good time. It may not have the finesse of other titles in its genre and isn't as endearing or deep as competing sports games.

Perhaps if the sports were more varied and additional content was included to make things more engaging, the experience would be better. As it stands, everything looks great at first, but sadly, the appeal fades quickly once the repetitiveness sets in.

When it comes to presentation, Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports does almost everything right. The game just looks great and also looks cheerful and nicely chaotic. When it comes to gameplay and especially content, it is a bit less impressive. The game modes are too sparsely developed, which means that everything comes down to the same thing. The four sports all play well and I actually don't have a single sport of which I say: No, there's nothing to it. In fact, that is not possible because the tournaments offer all four sports. The challenge mode then offers extra mini-games, but unfortunately they could not keep me glued to the TV. The old animated series could. However, I was able to entertain myself with the game for a few hours and I certainly do not want to advise against the game, although you do have to be a reasonable fan or try to appeal to a young audience who wants to buy this game. Only then will this game undoubtedly be worth buying.

The Looney Tunes gang are back and ready to tackle a Wacky World of Sports in a forgettable combo of games better played elsewhere.

Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports is yet another officially licensed title that fails to tap the potential of a brand with enormous potential. The idea of offering a package with as many as four sports is nice, but the execution leaves something to be desired. While golf and tennis are definitely fun to play, basketball (with reservations) and soccer, the latter of which really needs to be revised, do not convince. Consider also that power-ups don't appear as often as one would expect (and aren't always easily activated), that characters-though they have distinctive traits-cannot access other upgrades, that the AI is incredibly strong and perfect, a few minor technical smears (such as excessive loading) and the omelet is served. If you have friends to play with, you will certainly find some enjoyment, but if you play alone, just leave it alone. With a license as strong as the Looney Tunes license, we were hoping for something more and in the end - once again - we were faced with yet another disappointment and only a sufficient title!

A multi-discipline sports title starring the Looney Tunes is a good idea... in theory. Unfortunately with only nine characters, four disciplines and two modes Wacky World of Sports translates it into a game poor in both content and depth

Between Looney Tunes: Wacky World of Sports and Space Jam: A New Legacy - The Game, Bugs Bunny and friends sure haven't been treated well in recent years when it comes to video games. Here's hoping we get a remake of Time Busters; that was a fun game.

While I won’t hide from the fact my inner child was excited by the prospect of jumping into something involving the Looney Tunes once again, I won’t shy from the fact that I was completely underwhelmed by all that the game gives you to do.
