Tormented Souls 2 gets the visuals right, but loses its soul. The title is still a good classic survival horror experience, and despite significant technical advancements, the script falters, and the story degenerates into something more generic until its final minutes.

9 Years of Shadows is one of those indies that manages to leave a lasting impression. The armor mechanics are well thought out and bring fluidity to exploration, especially during boss fights. Even with its mediocre story and minor technical issues, the title makes up for it with creativity, charming pixel art, and an excellent soundtrack, a well-designed atmosphere, and well-functioning gameplay. For those who enjoy metroidvanias and are looking for something new within the genre, it's worth giving it a try.

Music Drive: Chase the Beat is a Brazilian game full of good intentions, with a great soundtrack and impressive references to give substance to a simple, yet interesting and creative idea. However, despite being short, it is a game that offers very little gameplay variation, has trouble finding a personality that is coherent with the theme and lacks greater care to reach its full potential.

Walking the fine line that distinguishes metroidvanias from Zelda-likes, Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo nails the fun of adventure and displays a strong identity of its own, which is shown both in its irreverent satire style, as well as in the gameplay of ricochets and yo-yo tricks.

Few innovations and small inconsistencies in the level of difficulty and the narrative do not overshadow Pocket Bravery's excellent qualities. The game has a simple, but well-optimized combat system, and an artistic design that pays homage to the classics of an entire generation of fighting games without giving up its own, very well-constructed identity.

The Looney Tunes universe is still sensational and with classic characters who do not lose their charisma. However, the various poorly executed mechanics for sports, refinement of the game in general and a look that does not live up to the universe presented deliver a mediocre experience.

Deathbound offers some interesting ideas for soulslikes. However, design and technical issues prevent it from reaching a more prominent place in a genre where these concepts are key to determining what is really good.

Horizon Chase 2 brings more of the same very fun, even more so when we share the screen with more people. Wrapped in the infectious electronic musical score, the frenetic races have gains in the relationship between control and speed and the beautiful stylized representation of real locations, but also presents losses in the number of tracks and cars in its modest Round the World Round.

Saviorless is one of those games where the simplicity of the gameplay and the quality of the art direction work together to create something unique. Even though the campaign is short, walking through the steps of the characters and unraveling the mysteries of the narrative make it worth the time.

Top Racer Collection is a great way to reminisce about the past. In addition to bringing the trilogy, the collection also adds online, extra modes, and even a modified game. However, it's an expensive bundle on PlayStation, and personally, it's a collection that basically sustains itself through the first title.

Bahnsen Knights is awkward, short, and gangly. It has uncomfortable controls and isn't even available in Portuguese. None of this, however, takes away from the game its best narrative qualities, bold artistic style and a very particular way of promoting a good immersive experience worthy of its best inspirations.

Bem Feito has a very short useful life, but considering the inventiveness of the proposal based on great references, especially for the old school audience, it proposes a very different experience from what we are used to – all this with quality, care and a kind of morbid affection.

Mesmo com cenários genéricos e comandos simples, Raccoo Venture tem muito do DNA crucial para um bom jogo de plataforma 3D, especialmente no design das fases, nos segredos, nas animações e músicas. O problema está na dificuldade que vai levar a repetições desnecessárias e frustrantes, podendo tornar o jogo um desafio mais de paciência que de plataforma. Mudar coisas simples, como as regras de contagem de vidas, tornaria a experiência muito mais prazerosa e acessível.

Even if it's still limited by trends in the genre, Roots of Pacha builds a farming simulator with its own personality by centering the theme of community in its upbeat and relaxing campaign. Unfortunately, this didn't extend to multiplayer, which is online-only and doesn't allow you to share the screen locally with the loved ones who are next to you.

DreamWorks All-Star Kart Racing is fun and demonstrates that the developers cared about the fans of animation. However, it limits itself as another game of the genre that only copies a successful formula, without the necessary potential to stand out.

Wild Dogs can be very fun to those who want to face the classic challenge of run and guns and shoot'em ups from past generations. Four-color pixel art isn't my favorite style, but it didn't bother me when I used the right palettes for me among the dozens available. The fun of exploding pixels in various gameplay styles is certainly worth the price, which makes the game recommendable even for those who are not used to the difficulty level of the genre, an issue that can be solved by using the convenient cheat code to increase lives.

Clash: Artifacts of Chaos manages to bring fresh air in the face of the countless attempts at innovations within the fever of soulslikes. Its visual identity, atmosphere and narrative gain a prominence that can envy competitors. Unfortunately, the lack of politeness and technical issues end up detracting from the experience.

Despite not being the most fun kart racing game currently available, Nickelodeon Kart Racers 3: Slime Speedway fulfills its role by delivering a huge variety of elements from Nickelodeon animations in yet another title in a franchise that is showing itself to be solid.

Josh Journey: Darkness Totems has positive highlights in its artistic part as a whole, but serious gameplay problems prevent any success in the final experience.
